About Flumesday

When Al Gore invented the internet in the late '80s, he could not have imagined that a website so polished, so informative and so fresh would emerge almost twenty years later. What began as my boss telling me I better learn HTML has blossomed into this new website, Flumesday.com. This website is similar to Jack-FM in the sense that it doesn't really have a theme and that it hopes to draw people in while still sucking. But mostly, I have been told that I should be doing a better job of sharing things about China and how it is to live here. So maybe, if this site serves any purpose, it will allow readers to understand what it is like to be a single foreign man living in China and his struggle to stay connected with his life at home. Or maybe it will broaden my "skill set" as my boss would like and will get me a promotion at work. Or maybe, just maybe, it will get me laid. At the very least, it will provide some good items to read, some funny videos and photos and links to some other good websites. I hope you enjoy.
