Ross Terrill contributes a must-read op-ed piece in Saturday's New York Times about the two side's of China's growth.  He notes that while China is enjoying spectacular success economically, the nation will be limited by rising labor costs, environmental problems and a massive exodus to the cities.  China is inventing a new system blending Leninism with consumerism and is redefining the rules of economics.
