The Indian Council for Medical Research found that condoms designed for international size specifications were just a bit too large for men in India. According to Reuters New Delhi, 60% of Indian men have dicks an inch shorter than the world average, and 30% have boners 2 inches too small. I can only imagine how much smaller are the remaining 10%. Whether size matters to their female counterparts I’m not sure, however the deficiency has made it difficult for Indian men to protect themselves against HIV and other sexually-transmitted diseases. For one, the condoms don’t fit. And also, Indian men are timid when it comes to specifying the condom they need. I mean really, who wants to ask for their condoms extra small?
